Fall is upon us and it’s time for some root cooking.  Our Root Mash Deluxe, is a vegan, healthy, hearty and organic meal in itself.  With some good chopping skills this gluten free dish is complete in about a half hour. You can use any roots you want from carrots, yams, sweet potatoes, any kind of potatoes, fingerlings, red what ever you have or see in the organic section in the market. There are lots of dairy replacements on the market that are great alternatives. Most of these are healthy and good tasting. We will talk about these  at another time. This post is a specific dairy replacement you can make yourself fresh and very healthy. Raw organic cashew milk, is easy and is a great topping for your cereal.  In this video I will show you how to make it in less than 2 minute. Please keep in mind if you do not have a Vita-mix you can soak your raw organic cashews for 12 hours in water and get the same results with a regular blender. I do not mention this in the video.
